Native Explorers strives to be recognized locally, regionally, and nationally for creating innovative educational programs for Native Americans, supporting Native Americans in research, and increasing the number of Native Americans that pursue careers as scientists, educators, and physicians.

If accomplished, Native Explorers will have made a positive impact in Indian Country by substantially increasing the numbers of Native Americans obtaining degrees in STEM fields in addition to improving the number of Native Mentors.
